The Science and Story Behind the Experience
At the heart of this workshop is our original Mysteries In Colour™ methodology, which combines Pareidolia —the brain’s tendency to find meaning in randomness—with abstract inkblots to surface diverse perspectives in a creative, thought-provoking way.
Pareidolia, a remnant of early survival instincts, becomes a tool for
curiosity, reflection, and connection. As participants interpret each inkblot, nearly everyone sees something different—sparking spontaneous conversations and revealing how differently people experience the same thing.
These “ah-ha” moments help teams recognize that every perspective is valid—and worth hearing. The process is playful, disarming, and inclusive, encouraging teams to loosen up, connect authentically, and build stronger human connection.
